Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've been a Barista and Shop Manager off and on since 2004, and a Manager, Bookkeeper, and Assistant Roaster at Topeca Coffee Roastery since 2006. I've helped manage two start-up shops, I've trained Baristas, and I've been cupping and tasting for many years. I love the industry and the art! Tulsa has been an incredible place to hone my skills and be involved. We have such passionate Baristas and Roasters here- Tulsa is a secret little gem of "flyover country"!

I'm a musician and vegetable farmer on the side! It is a lot of work and a lot of fun:)
About My Company:
Topeca Coffee is a Seed-to-Cup operation from El Salvador to Tulsa. We have two plantations on the Santa Ana volcano, and the shade grown Bourbon and Pacas coffees are processed on site. We ship green bean to Tulsa and roast it here. We sell wholesale to coffee shops across the US, and we retail coffee at our own Cafe in downtown Tulsa.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Community, flavor, art... I can't choose!
