About Me:
I own a small coffee roasting business overlooking the Mississippi River... Mississippi Mud Coffee LLC The two of us roast and deliver... It's a great business and we love our coffee shop owners... One of us was a former Barista trainer and I’m learning the craft but mostly the roaster...
About My Company:
We started out small and have grown, but our goal is to keep it small and make sure we don't lose the uniqueness of small batch roasting... We are a bit crazy when it comes to roasting only top end green and prefer small micro regions for our bean selections… We have been roasting for 6 short years and still learning new and cool things about coffee roasting and how unique our customers and their customers are… Its still a cool to be roasting!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It’s the People and coffee community… I still get goose bumps when I hear someone say or react to a great cup of coffee or Espresso drink... We’re proud of our craft… We always joke and say were the keepers of the flame - (Coffee Roasters) Don’t know who said it, but it’s the fire in all of us that keeps us going and coffee keeps us on that journey…
