About Me:
I love coffee, the growth, preparation and serving of coffee.
I have a public fetish for the machines that create the magic.
Nothing better than getting on the tools and tweaking a sweet machine.
I have a soft spot for ECM, Synesso, La Vibiemme, La Marzocco, and Faema. My brother an I own an Elektra Barlume 2 Group, which we have spent countless hours modifying and improving. I really enjoy the science behind the shot, so to say.
About My Company:
My Brother and I own and manage Peak Coffee on the Central Coast of NSW. We have been collecting some medals and awards nationally.
Also the locals love the new taste!!
