Been a coffee roaster for 10+ years, got tired of doing it for others so I branched off and opened first location... after four years I am looking to begin expanding to other locations

About Me:

20 years in the restaurant biz, 20 years in the Music buiness, picked up roasting as a weekend relaxation therapy... very part time... about 5 years ago I found myself at a crossroad.... music or coffee .... chose coffee as I have yet to find a coffee bean with an ego... opened first location... yet to this day I still have a 32 channel mobile recording studio waiting to go back to work should I find the right location...

About My Company:

MOCHA-DOO'S The Coffee Place was born in early 2004... it was formed after spending many years of seeing exactly how not to run a shop... poor training, lazy workers, unpredictable drinks, low customer satisfaction... and the list goes on... At the end of 4 years I have 6 female employees, most of which have been with me for over 3 years, and I am the lone male.... wonder if that trend will continue as we begin to expand!?!

Knowing I will never wake up again to find I am out of coffee
