Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have been a barista for almost 6 years. I maintained a high personal level of quality while keeping in line with the requirements of my employer. I recently declined an offer to be the Barista Trainer for the Roaster/Café where I was previously employed due to a pre-planned trip to Europe. I am trained to troubleshoot and maintain multiple different grinders and brewing equipment. Nuova Simonelli Mythos, N.S. Aurelia Digi II, Rancilio, Bunn, and more. I can brew using most manual brew methods (aeropress, V60, Chemex, Filtron, French press, Turkish, and more)
