Working with a La Marzocco Linear at a shop doing around 65Kg a week, struggling to find a better blend than Campos Superior and loving learning about the science of extraction
About Me:
I've been living in Sydney for about 3 years, the same time I've been in the coffee industry. I love learning new techniques, skills and knowledge and am embarrassed by my own country's coffee industry (England).
