I am very skilled in espresso-pulling, milkfoaming both practically and theoretically. My strongest side though is being an all-around nice guy that people bond with and keep coming back to every day for the same excellent coffee.

About Me:
I explore the Barista role and culture. I have come to realize that being a Barista is more than pouring one perfect cappuccino in the morning, it's dedicating yourself to each cup you serve. I am heavily into Fairtrade and Direct Trade, as well as into organic products. I recently started my own company to train other Baristas and professionals in communicating, producing and selling.
About My Company:
I hold courses in Barista techniques (both machine, grinder, the pull, foaming etc), theoretical classes on coffeeterroir, milkproperites, tasting and communicating taste.
