I wish I had better skills and hopeful that this will give me the insight I need to perfect my desired roast to my taste

I would love to go to Guatemala, Costa Rica and Ethopia. Please excuse my poor spelling.
About Me:
I am the strategic wealth manager for a coffee company executive and they found out that I roast my own coffee prior to us agreeing to advise them and felt this would give me a network to learn in greater detail of the benefits of beans from certain parts of the world versus others. How roasting styles differ and how blending can be a great coverup for poor beans.
