I am one of the owners of Extracto Coffeehouse and Roastery in Portland Oregon. I used to play music for a living and now I make coffee. I used to dream about music and now I dream about coffee. I love coffee. Coffee. . .
About My Company:
Christopher and Celeste Brady opened Extracto in April of 2006. We strive to make the best coffee. Our espressos are made on our blue La Marzocco FB70 4 Group EE Hybrid. We roast our beans on our vintage 1951 Probat UG22.
