Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I currently work at Ann Arbor's Lab Cafe, an artisan shop serving Intelligentsia coffee and tea. I love brewing pour-over coffees, and also enjoy making a rich cappuccino. My favorite resources are my Scott Rao books, and the awesome baristas I've met in the communities I've lived and worked in. My specialty drink is the soy cafe miel. I still have a ton to learn!

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Just about anywhere. Especially Kansas City.

About Me:

I am currently a Performing Arts Tech student at University of Michigan. I'm also a regularly gigging singer/songwriter/recording artist. My three greatest passions are: playing guitar, singing words, and enjoying a damn good cup of coffee.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The community that is created among baristas, and the relationships cherished between baristas and customers.
