Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
While I have not yet picked up latte art, I am knowledgeable enough that I can make any international standard espresso drink and have been experimenting with recipes for my own. I am confident in my texturing and have plenty of experience making quality drinks.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would like to stay on the East Coast of the United States but am open to opportunities anywhere. I have worked in Charlotte and NYC, and am particularly interested in Boston.
About Me:
I have moved around a lot in my life, in the United States and in Europe. I have always been interested in people and culture, and having grown up on the move I need to be exposed to new things constantly or I get bored.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Being a good barista is a lot like being a bartender, you get to experiment with your craft and meet whole new sets of people. Everybody's got a story.
