I have been working 6 days a week as a barista at World Foods in Portland, OR. On my day off, I practice dialing in espresso and free pouring latte art at the Stumptown Annex. After two months of practicing latte art, I have gone from making solid hearts to 4 layer tulips, and high definition slowsettas. I don't just want to be a part time barista; I want to take this to the next level.
