Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have all the typical 'barista' skills :0) I definitely have a passion for making drinks and meeting new people. I would love to learn new things...like coffee art. I owned my own business for 4 years, so that gave me a lot of experience with things like managing others, inventory and purchasing, advertising, book keeping, maintenance, and over-all look and feel of a business.

About Me:
I'm 27 and I've been a barista for 11 years. I love it! I recently sold my espresso business (March 1, 2008) because the location was proving to be more difficult than it was worth. I've been scouting out new locations (Here and Hollywood,CA) but so far not much luck. I would love to get back into the field. There is so much I can offer as well as so much I would like to learn. I have notebooks of ideas, some tried, some not.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The feeling people get when they get a good cup of coffee with a happy barista making it.
