Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Started off with home roasting on a miniature scale, went into commercial roasting in 2005. I am now supplying a number of coffee shops and guesthouses in and around my area. I am a self educated barista, I do a fair bit of latte art, but my main passion lies with roasting.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Ive been to a number of states in the USA and also visited most of the UK, but would love to visit again some time. Would also love to explore the European coffee scene...

I love coffee, thats the start and the end of it. My husband is slowly getting into the routine, but I just cant get enough of the industry.

About My Company:

The Mac Bean Coffee Roastery and Espresso Bar. Im currently busy opening my second shop, the first one is more food and alcohol orientated but the coffee has made such an impact that we felt it was needed to open a second outlet, with just coffee and related food stuffs (home made biscotti, chocolate etc). We're due for opening in just a few short weeks.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Its related to, but yet completely opposite any other part of the food/drink industry!
