About Me:
Co-owner of Equal Exchange I am the Food Service Manager for Equal Exchange and a self-proclaimed coffee geek. In addition to selling coffee to cafes/restaurants/bakeries, my day-to-day involves talking to café owners and baristas about all things coffee as well as assisting with setting up new café programs and leading trainings with baristas. I have 5 years of barista experience and currently my favorite brew method is the Chemex.
