About Me:
I have a massive passion for traveling, learning new languages, trying new customs, and sailing all the while. I have always admired the coffee business and the skills of a barista and I've finally had my chance in the industry. I am always trying to perfect my shot, the way I tamp, the way I steam milk... When I wake up at 5am to open the coffee shop, I never dread it. This is the best job I have ever had, hands down.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The atmosphere created in a cofee shop is unlike any place you can find, and it's the same all over the world. Coffee is literally a universal language and you can take your skills anywhere on the globe.
