Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We r a small roasting shop using 3 custom made gas roasters that can roast up to 600g @ a time. Over the years we have gained a loyal customer base and are looking to expand by opening a cafe and offering espresso based drinks.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I'm interested in going to all sorts of countries but at this moments I'd like to visit countries that produce coffee. Costa Rice or Indonesia come to mind.
About Me:
I've been interested in coffee for a long time. I remember buying my first stovetop espresso maker when I was 16 and after that it was a Briel! It's only been a few years since the circumstance have come up for me to pursue a career as a roaster. I love learning new things about coffee every day.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Making people happy with coffee.
