M y coffee shop is very small and makes yogurt and ice cream too. But i am pacionate about coffee, practically i am an amateur trying to learn all about coffee. I live in the norther central part of mexico and is in the border with el paso tx. People don't know much about coffee and don't care about quality.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
To Italy or any other country that produces good coffee.

my company is very nice , is a small coffee shop that sells the best there is in coffee, yogurt and ice cream. we have 4 years now in the market, working to be the best in every aspect.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Mainly every thing, but the barista work .
