What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Second-Wave companies like Starbucks showed us that there is so much more to coffee than Folgers and Maxwell House, and opened up a new and more detailed world of coffee. Third wave companies like Counter Culture, Intelligentsia, and Stumptown showed us that there is a world of coffee beyond Starbucks. The exciting thing is wondering what's next.
