Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've been in coffee for 8 years and I still have so much love for the craft. I've spent time at both Espresso Vivace and Stumptown Coffee Roasters. My passion is Espresso and this is where I'm most talented when it comes to making coffee. It the last two years I've become more familiar with single cup brewing methods and I love a great pour over. I also love making up flavored coffee drinks that don't involve sugar. Like a rose water americano.

About Me:
I'm 26 and I love coffee. I also love using a film camera. Yoga has been another passion of mine for many years. I live on Capitol Hill in Seattle. I also like mixing pre prohibition cocktails on my time off. I'm a big time foodie. I'll eat almost anything at least once.
About My Company:
I work at Neptune Coffee Roasters as the Cafe Trainer. Neptune serves SOE from Veltons and they are always very good.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The more I learn about coffee the more I relieze that I don't know!
