    I'm a home barista. And I maintain a blog on my journey towards the perfect espresso.I work as a barista trainer at Shangri-la Hotel Singapore. I am mainly at The Line restaurant making coffee for breakfast and lunch periods.

    About Me:

    I started having an interest in coffee roasting in 2006. Nothing beats fresh roasts. I bought a Quickmill Anita in 2007. I have a nice stash of green coffee beans which should last for another 2 years. I roast with I-Roast 2. My blog espresso.colinloh.com lists the insights, and helps me keep tabs on my endeavour towards the perfect cup.I currently serve as a barista trainer at Shangri-la Hotel Singapore.


    About My Company:

    Although my position is that of a barista trainer at Shangri-la Hotel Singapore, I am at The Line Restaurant most of the time "performing" in 1 of 16 theatrical stations making coffee during the breakfast and lunch hours.
