Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I currently work at the Gryphon Cafe in Wayne, PA, right outside of Philly. We use all local and organic ingredients when seasonally possible and have an extensive drink menu, as well as a small lunch menu. As far as barista skills, I can do whatever is needed done.
