Currently, I am working on becoming the lead roaster for Java Jones Coffeehouse in San Diego, CA. Before this magical venture, I worked as a "Special Projects Coordinator" at Columbia Street Roastery in Champaign, IL. I have experience working as a barista, barista trainer, and cafe manager.
