Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I adjust the espresso machine, the grind of the two espresso grinders we use (regular and decaf). I clean the machines and keep them in shape. I create new recipes as needed. I roast the majority of the coffee for the shop. I keep the inventory of the green. I roast new coffees and adjust their profiles. I maintain the roaster. I teach new roasters.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would like to do some origin trips.
About Me:
I'm married and currently have cancer.
About My Company:
The owners started the company together, originally roasting coffee in a kilo roaster in their garage. They keep the shop fun, happy, and very professional.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Roasting coffee.
