About Me:
The project Sweet Coffee Italy has its origins around 1947, when my father Domenico, after the war he emigrated to Brazil in the state of St. Paul to look for work. . My father for many years took care of the coffee market thus having the opportunity to know and appreciate the different kinds of coffee. When my father returned to Italy, during my adolescence, with all its stories intrigued me to the point that entice them to buy a small coffee shop with a roaster coffee machine and with adjoining tasting, and I was introduced to the world of coffee. With the advice of leading experts began to roast and blend the various types of high-quality coffee, coffee originated from Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Jamaica and Indonesia by discovering Kopy Luwak the only coffee in the world selected in a natural way.
