About Me:
Having suffered burn-out like so many other chefs, I needed a way to maintain participation in the food and beverage industry, and ended up training with a master barista from Italy. Following two years of intense work, I changed cities and found new outlets for my creative juices and began the process of learning to roast coffee. These days I am a full-time graduate student who continues to fund his education as a coffee roaster.
