What is your position in the coffee industry?

    barista, manager

Where are you located? ( City and Country )

    Portland, USA

How many years have you been in the industry?

    4 1/2 years

If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?

    yes

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have worked with many different roasters and shops. From Caravan, Stumptown, to Ristretto Roasters. Was a previous bar shift leader at the Underground Coffee House, and am now a co-manager at The Clearing Cafe. I am pretty strong on the bar, but am still working with my consistency with traditional cappuccino's and macchiato's.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Any where, pretty much. Would love to work in Europe or Ireland. Across the states or even just the next town over.

    About Me:

A passionate and very addicted smoker of American Spirits and Camel Lights. I am a typical twenty one year old who loves a hot day, an iced americano and a pack of cigarettes in the park. I love painting on the side, and drinking, ha ha. I also am a sucker for a good pool game. . . . . and a couple shots of Jameson.

    About My Company:

A small, quite little cafe off of trendy, and awkwardly shitty, twenty third. Tucked into the arm pit of Forest Park, a major amount of our traffic is bicyclists, locals, and pen pushers from Montgomery Park.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The process of roasting, and the art of working as a barista.
