I was taught to Roast and become a Barista in Upstate NY in 1992. I moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1993 and opened the first coffee cart in the City. Since then I have had many shops and locations. Currently I own all the locations inside the Phoenix Convention Center as well as the Phoenix Symphony Hall and the Orpheum Theater, both located in Downtown Phoenix.
