We opened a small bicycle themed cafe in Madison, WI one year ago. I've been in the bike industry a long time but this is my first foray into coffee.

About Me:
Bike industry and event planning professional turned cafe owner. I'm a sucker for a great natural processed coffee and a well poured cortado. Trying to figure out this coffee business one day at a time.

Cafe Domestique is a small cycling cafe in Madison, WI. We opened in 2016 adjacent to a new bicycle shop, and cater to folks looking for premium coffee and offer bike specific events such as group rides and race viewings.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It's an easy conversation starter - lots of people are interested in coffee.
