I have start in cafe business in 2006 as barista and also manager of the coffee shop i have work for last 5 years. i went in tree competition witch won two of them and become second in third.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I am very interesting to try and improve my skills in New York or Brasil,Australia,New Zeeland,

I am 33years old,I'm qualified Chef and Waiter I have work almost all my life in gastronomy Hotels and high level Restaurants I have two kid; and big appetite to improve my knowledge I'm ready to focus and give 100% of my energy to learn more about coffee.My goal is one day to have my own coffee house and do what I'd like to do thinks right.
About My Company:
Now I'm working as Manager in the coffee house; CafeExpress in Ireland. We have small Take Away coffee point in the down town and also two floor restaurant Cafe with Italian cousin.we sealing Lavazza cafe.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love to do good latte and cappuccino and I like to teach people who is interesting to keep the customers competative
