I know my way around an espresso machine. I am currently expanding my roaster knowledge and my latte art is a work in process but steadily improving.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Like many other fellow baristas, I'd like to do an origin trip eventually, preferably in Africa like Ethiopia or Burundi.

I have worked in specialty coffee for 2 years and I started Petite Pour to pursue my love of iced coffee. I love God, family/friends, and coffee and my passion is to share that with everyone I meet.

About My Company:

Petite Pour is primarily a grassroots coffee project to develop the best cold-brewed iced coffee. We also will be providing coffee catering, consulting, and establishing retail locations in the near future.
