it's kind of a three-ring-circus: bakery (from scratch - pastries / scones / cakes), cafe (breakfast - brunch - lunch), and coffee shop. Work with a brother who has been a roaster, some training from the staff at Roastery7 who provide our espresso.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

midwest area primarily...though I may be heading out east (Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York) mid-April.

It seems simple to brew a good cup of coffee...but it isn't.
