Owned and operated Mountain Iris Café in Colorado, USA, now working with Airbnb experience Barista for a Day. SCAE Certified Barista.
About Me:
Born in Brazil, lived in the USA, Canada, Germany, France, and now in Portugal, where I work with holiday rentals and Airbnb experience. Married to an Irish, 2 sons from a previous marriage, one living in Brazil, the other in Canada.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Sharing my passion for traditional Italian coffee and seeing a person understand how much goes on in making a great coffee.
