Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have worked at the coffee shop for four years and I have gone from complete idiot when it comes to coffee, to more or less learning to love it. I don't know what I particularly have to offer the exchange but an open mind and the inclination to experiment to make a better brew or drink.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
EVERYWHERE! I'm always up to traveling to new places and experiencing new things.
About Me:
I've just graduated from college and now am working at a coffee shop full time. One of my dreams is to compete and do well in a barista competition and create a specialty drink I'm proud of.
About My Company:
My company is in the middle of UNC's campus and has two locations. We get our coffee from Counterculture Coffee and I've learned a lot from their espresso and coffee labs. The owner has always strived to have all of her employees create the best possible espresso drinks and coffee.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The fact that everything is fluid and changing all the time.
