About Me:
Started in the specialty coffee business in 1992. In '92 there were very few specialty coffee shops. I have managed stores in Providence, Boston and San Francisco. I worked with Cafe Coffee for my mentor Bill Trull. I did time with Starbucks in the mid to late 90's and finally helped open a tazza in Providence, where I am a managing partner.
About My Company:
tazza is a neighborhood coffeehouse, restaurant and bar, serving the publice morning, noon and night.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
