My understanding of the coffee world is quickly expanding. Having an extensive background in culinary arts I have been able to adapt my food skills and business management knowledge into combination that has thus far proven to work.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I would love to see the western US. I have always been drawn toward Australia and Southeast Asia.

I am a semi-sporadic goal driven maniac with no ability to grow a beard. I love good food, good drink, good friends, and good music. I'm currently studying at Southeast Missouri State University, with the hopes of adding a B.S. of Dietetics to my A.S. of Culinary Arts.
