Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We have a small area in the front of our roastery that we have a coffee bar in. Our espresso machine is a portable one. We roast/sell about 400 pounds of coffee/month.
About Me:
We started our coffee roastery 8 years ago. I have a doctorate in education so I tell people I educate people more than I sell them on coffee.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It's like you are part of a HUGE family that looks out for each other.
