Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Newly established (8 months), connected with a roaster next door, we are looking to create community within the shop. Our mission is to support orphans in coffee growing regions with 100% of the profits from the company. Want to expand into roasting.
About Me:
Recently retired I/we want to help others. Spent two months in Africa last year and it was an amazing experience, that prompted this new adventure.
About My Company:
We just purchased the shop June 09 and are trying to get our arms around the operations side of the business. We have just opened up additional space in Nov 09 and have increased our menu to include Panini and "Grab n Go" sandwiches. We now have seats for about 25
