Last year, when Hurricane Ike passed through Houston, and every coffee shop & most businesses were closed for 4 - 5 days, we (luckily) remained opened - and I was making between 800 - 1000 drinks per day, by myself. Learned how to become more efficient from that experience!
About Me:
Have been involved in the restaurant business my entire career, and just over the past few years have gotten involved in the specialty coffee business. I've discovered this web site by reading an article written by Sarah Dooley about her new Training Center - Sarah was the person who taught me all about making espresso beverages - she is the greatest!
About My Company:
We sell a wide variety of espresso based beverages, advertising many different flavor combinations, differenciating ourselves from the competition, that has been instrumental in our success!
