Self-taught all that I know, but I learn quickly. Ive become adept in making good tasting cappuccinos and lattes but not so adept in making them look great. :)
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Not sure I can do a locale exchange. Simply looking for knowledge exchange.
About Me:
Engineer by trade, but my company gave me a great opportunity to be responsible for both our Simonelli Appia II machines. 2gh and 3gh machines. Seems that on top of sourcing beans, teaching how to make great cappuccinos, and maintaining the machines, Ive had to learn more of the inner workings of these machines, than I ever wanted. :)
About My Company:
My company is a tech company. We drink alot of espressos, but since the machines are a free-for all, they require quite a bit of attention.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The variety of methods, roasts, styles, etc.. just to make a coffee. I can go almost a month without making the same style coffee.
