I've worked in restaurants and am a decent chef. As I like espresso, I try to make a nice cup on my Gaggia, grinding my coffee by hand on an old Zass.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Havana, Ho Chi Minh City, various Indian Brazilian cities, and so on. The list is long.
