    I am more technically oriented in that I know a ton of theory, engineering, and science but I know that someone that does a job 4-8 hours per day will be able to beat me on speed, technique, latte-art, etc. any time.

Mr. Dallis was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the National Coffee Association and begins his two year term at this year’s Convention in Boca Raton. Mr. Dallis has toured many of the world's leading coffee producing regions including Brazil, Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi (Celebes), Puerto Rico, Nicaragua Costa Rica, Guatemala, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Tanzania. Moreover, he has visited coffee retailers, roasting facilities and decaffeination plants in Italy, Switzerland, England, Canada, and United States. Prior to joining Dallis Bros., Mr. Dallis served in various manufacturing positions with General Electric for five years and is a graduate of G.E.'s Manufacturing Management Program. He received an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute after receiving a BSEE from Columbia University.
