Hi! I am David and new to being a home barista. I recently traveled to Europe and discovered a love for espresso. I can't go back to regular American coffee anymore! So, I bought a semi-automatic machine and am trying to acquire the skills to craft my signature cup of espresso. I'm looking forward to meeting others on this forum to learn from.
