About Me:
Started working in the food industry at the age of 13, worked school holidays in restaurants and cafes. At the age of 21 I moved to Australia where I really started learning about coffee. I trained there for nearly 4 years, as well as travelling. I'm back in Ireland now trying to bring better coffee standards with me.
