I am a total novice. I have been experimenting with espresso and pur-over at home. My goal is to open a community-focused, retail/coffee shop in Deerfield Illinois.

About Me:
I've always been an entrepreneur. I started selling "reclaimed" golf balls at age seven. After law school I started my own law practice. 15 years later I have 3 partners. I am passionate about coffee and want to raise the bar in my neighborhood.
