In the last year I've begun baristing(sp)? Workn on a business plan for a coffee shop. Love love love espresso. getting better at latte art and now working in 3 coffee shops.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
NYC, Chicago, Washington DC, Barcelona, Montreal.
About Me:
Huge into politics, trained as a jazz trumpet player, organize the Ben Franklin Thinking Society, spend a ton of time in cafe's even when I'm not working in them. Love espresso.
About My Company:
I'm part of a bunch so they run all over the place but right now I'm trying to help a cafe owner train some barristas to make great drinks from Chestnut Hill Coffee(chesnut Hill, pa(philly basically)) with a used La Marzocco Linea. Got my work cut out for me since the owner is mostly a baker, but hopefully we'll all get it done.
