I am from Puerto Rico, but will move to NYC in November 13, 2013. I recently competed in the Puerto Rican National Latte Art Championship and finished in 7th place.
About Me:
Very interested in everything about coffee, although studying Culinary Arts. Would love to work in a restaurant with a good espresso machine and get to know the Restaurant Business. Very good latte art skills, trained by the 2013 Puerto Rico Barista and Latte Art Champion. I want to continue training and eventually be the #1 PR Barista.
