I am the General manager for Great Lakes Coffee Roasting co's flagship store located in Detroit MI. We pull shots on a La Mar Strada with Mazzer grinders. I have been in the bar | cafe business for over 10 years and am a trained tech for several different equipment providers.

Great Lakes Coffee has been in existence since the mid 90's as a roaster and equipment supplier. we opened our first cafe in 2012 and have already opened another and have one slated to open in 2013.
