About Me:
I was first exposed to specialty coffee while living in Sydney, Australia. I worked in a small, urban cafe and eventually got behind the helm of the espresso machine. Since then I was brought on to run a small cafe in Almonte, Ontario, Canada which is the flagship cafe of Equator Coffee Roasters, an Eastern Ontario coffee roasting company.
