About Me:
I've been roasting batches at home for a couple of years. I'm aiming toward opening a small-batch roasting shop later this year after completing my school curriculum. I'm here to pick the brains of all the other business owners and experts. I currently work in my family's machine shop and I'm designing and fabricating my own roaster.
